Twenty years of work experience across various industries has taught Mette that most organisations don't lack great people, ideas, or resources. Instead, they lack cultures — ways of being, doing and operating — that are conducive to well-being, sustainable productivity and growth. 

This realisation is what led Mette Andersen to found Get Thriving in 2018

Rooted in neuroscience and a deep understanding of the science of habit-formation and behaviour change, Get Thriving partners with companies across the globe to develop their leaders and people, design new processes and set in motion initiatives that enable successful cultural shifts and transformation.

Mette has a background in strategic innovation, product design and organisational development, and prior to founding Get Thriving, Mette held senior leadership positions for some of Europe's most creative agencies, including ustwo and Futurice UK.

She's a public speaker, a certified teacher with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and an authorised Genos international coach and practitioner. And recently, she certified as a ‘Science of Well-being’ practitioner too.
