This is why increasing our self-awareness and understanding emotions in ourselves and others is central to lowering our stress levels and improving our overall well-being.

During four powerful interactive sessions, we’ll dive into proven strategies for how you improve within four interconnected areas of well-being: mental, physical, social and environmental.

The Learning Journey

  • Optional: Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment provided during the program to kick start and support emotional intelligence development. Available digitally or can be provided via a one-on-one debrief.

Module 1: The Science of Enhancing Well-being

  • Explore the science of emotions and how to use emotional self-awareness to better gauge your wellbeing

  • Assess and share around what strategies you’re currently applying and analyse what impact an improvement in your wellbeing strategy might mean to you

  • Learn how to design new strategies and make them stick through action plans rooted in the science of behaviour change

Module 2: Improve Wellbeing with Physical & Environmental Strategies

  • Explore the science of forming new habits

  • Identify new techniques to implement around sleep, diet and exercise to boost your physical wellbeing and cognitive capacity

  • Identify ways to improve your physical environment and design a personal well-being day.

Module 3: Improve Well-being with Thinking Strategies

  • Deep dive on three different thinking strategies known to be effective in improving the way we think, feel, and behave

  • Work on creating and setting healthier boundaries

  • Explore how perspective-taking can enhance your emotional agility and help you better manage and respond to triggers

Module 4: Improve Well-being with Social Strategies

  • Discover how to use emotional intelligence to boost social wellbeing

  • Explore techniques to improve the quality of your day-to-day social interactions

  • Identify a close personal relationship you could improve and the actions you might take to do so

  • Explore a coaching model for helping others respond effectively to stress and challenging situations
